Does anyone have an opinion about how the GFL will affect how we fish in tidal waters? Will it change the enforcement, more or less (if possible)of the rules & regs. for surf tags? Will there still be 1 truck & 20 people with coolers, volley ball nets,umbrellas etc. and not 1 rod in sight? I know 2 different points, same basic thought. Just my .02!
